Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their WebPOSz subscription at any time by logging into their account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Once a subscription is cancelled, future renewals will be stopped. However, cancellation will not affect access to the service for the current active billing period.
Refund Policy
WebPOSz operates on a subscription-based SaaS model. All payments made towards subscription plans, setup charges, onboarding fees, or add-on services are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for partial usage, unused periods, or early termination of services.
Free Trial Policy
If WebPOSz provides a free or limited trial period, users are encouraged to evaluate the software during this time. Once the trial period ends and a paid subscription is activated, no refunds will be provided.
Auto-Renewal Policy
Subscriptions may be set to auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Users are responsible for managing their subscription and renewal preferences from their account settings.
Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations such as:

Service Downtime and Limitations
Temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, third-party service issues, internet outages, or factors beyond our control do not qualify for refunds or service credits.
Termination by WebPOSz
WebPOSz reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without refund if there is a violation of our Terms and Conditions, misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or unlawful behavior.
